In 2016, 浙江瑞遠智能機器人股份有限公司(Zhejiang Ruiyuan Intelligent Robot Company Limited) became the controlling shareholder of RuiYuan IC Tech, with Mr. He Keng acting as the Chairman of RuiYuan IC Tech.

It is principally engaged in the business of research and development, manufacturing and sales of intelligent robots, intelligent digital control equipment, automatic control systems and precision machinery. Hangzhou Qindie is owned as to 51% by Mr. He Keng, who is also the chairman of瑞遠機床集團 (RuiYuan Machine Tool Group).
